We are proud to announce that we’ve increased our Mesh Manufacturing capabilities with the introduction of a new 2.6m wide Mesh Welding Machine, setting new industry standards for specialised mesh manufacture.
New Mesh Welder Specifications:
- Mesh up to 2600mm wide and 6000mm long
- Wire diameters from 2.00mm to 10.00mm
- Wire types include Bright (Mild Steel), AS4671, Stainless steel grades 304 & 316, pre galvanised and Lifemax or Bezinal (Zinc/Aluminium coated) wires
- Mesh has less distortion and improved flatness
- Mesh Spacings / Aperture
• Cross wire spacing from 10mm
• Line wire spacing from 20mm
- All wire pre-cut and straightened in house to improve accuracy, consistency and mesh quality
- For wire diameter up to 5.00mm, can trim mesh sides with minimum overhang on line wires or minimum overhang all round
